The ITK3-1 is cermet structure, direct heating thorium tungsten cathode, forced water cooled triode. Max. working frequency is 160 MHz. Max. anode dissipation power is 3.5kW and max. anode oscillating power could be up to 6.7kW. This triode is mainly designed for industrial high frequency heating application. It can work at CW and pulse condition.
